MN DNR First Hatch complete and looks like number two is not far behind!

There have many reports today of the first hatch at MN DNR, which was so exciting to see after what has been a bit of a long pip watch for us humans to endure 😉 and when I checked in a short while ago, it sure looked like there was lots of activity in one of the other eggs! It is well open with lots of wiggling in there!  There is often some debate on exactly at what point you call a hatch as complete. I don’t know the official answer, but I tend to use the ‘completely out of the shell’ point in time (just my opinion and my way to be consistent), so, looks like soon for hatch #2!   Link to cam: http://www.dnr.state.mn.us/features/webcams/eaglecam/index.html
